Adding customized app/pagetab to facebook page

Add mail chimp signup form to the Facebook page:
STEP 1: Connect your mailchimp accout to Facebook account,

STEP 2: Choose which facebook page under your admin and which list/form you want to embeded.

Good to go! Get more people to signup your list on Facebook page!
